Each career step reflects a different emphasis in the type of work you will perform. As a Business Analyst, you will spend most of your time performing analytical casework, while as a Partner you would focus on management and business development.

As an ADL employee you will tend to spend about two to three years at each career level but promotion is based on merit allowing for faster progression where high performance is demonstrated.
